Our Mission
Recognizing that all Christians are called to envision God's future together, we affirm that the Pure Hearts Restored, Inc. is mandated to bring awareness and education to those unaware of what Domestic Violence is and the facts relating to it to develop a life and relationship, free of violence.
Our History
Pure Hearts Restored, Inc. was formed in May 2023, as a part of my progress during coaching camp with Nicole L. Brown. This business was started to help other women to grow from, avoid and overcome their experience with Domestic Violence and to keep some from experiencing it all together. The business offers workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements relating to Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Human Trafficking. It also offers products to be purchased such as books, T-shirts, mugs, tote bags. It will offer Christian counseling, public speaking as well.

About the Founder
Dr. Patricia Fowler is an avid, leader, teacher and assistant. She is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, a Licensed Professional Victims Services Advocate. Her mission is to equip and assist other young ladies and adult women from heartache, pain and the struggles they endure, by educating them to embrace who they are in Jesus and not allow life’s hurts to stop them from healing. Through the ministry, God led her to develop, Pure Hearts Restored, Inc. Along with her own life experiences, she reaches out to young ladies and adult women to help them follow God and gain Strength in their Struggles to avoid a life of violence.

Patricia is a Leader at her church LifeConnect VA Community Church, under the leadership of Pastors Stephen and Nicole Brown in Woodbridge, VA. She speaks on panels, advocates, teaches, provides resources and educates others on Domestic Violence.
